The Association does not provide regular billing. Instead, a book of payment remittance coupons is mailed to each owner shortly after January 1st. A notice is sent to the homeowner in the event that an assessment remains unpaid past the grace period.

If you don't know your account number, please contact us. Be advised that PayLease will charge a nominal fee for use of their payment services.
To pay by phone: PayLease also offers payments by phone for a nominal fee; please call them directly at 866-729-5327. Please do not call Rockwood Property Management to make a payment by phone.
To pay by check or your financial institution’s online bill pay: please make payable to River Crossing HOA and mail to Rockwood Property Management at 1421 N. Meadowwood Lane, Suite 200, Liberty Lake, WA 99019. Your account number must be referenced on your check to ensure proper posting. Please contact us if you don't know your account number.
